Nice to meet you. I'm Tiffaney Dildy, and I have always been passionate about helping learners reach their goals. I wanted a career that blended this passion with education. I’m a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented instructional designer and elearning developer who uses ADDIE to drive my creative process to design the most effective learning solutions. I’m motivated to learn, grow, and gain new skills on my design journey.

I’m looking for a team that values collaboration, support, and growth, where I can contribute, learn, and help others do the same. I want to work in an environment where people uplift one another, share knowledge, and create opportunities to learn together. In return, I’m committed to growing with my team and helping build a more substantial, connected workplace.

Outside of work, you can find me training in martial arts and bojutsu. Listening to music, gaming, reading, or creating art.

Continue educating myself to keep up with technology and trends.
